This service is provided by Rogers on Rogers 5G network.

Service

1. The Rogers 5G Wireless Business Internet service is available within Rogers’ 5G coverage area and will be delivered over the 4G LTE network where there is no 5G coverage (see rogers.com/coverage to check availability). The service can only be used at your fixed service address and is not available within Extended Coverage areas.

Internet speed

2. Actual speeds experienced will vary based on various factors, including placement of the Rogers 5G Business Internet device within your business, network coverage, signal strength, business construction materials, customer’s connected device(s), topography, environmental conditions and internet traffic and network management practices (see rogers.com/terms for Rogers Network Management Policy).Plans include a high-speed data bucket. Once exceeded, speeds will be reduced until the end of your billing cycle. Online activities will continue to function at reduced speeds; however, the quality of higher bandwidth activities such as streaming will likely be reduced, especially when multiple users are connected to the network. Rental fees

3. The 5G Business Internet monthly service fee includes rental of the Business internet device ($200 deposit required). If your service is cancelled, you must return the device within 30 days. Failure to do so will result in the $200 deposit fee forfeiture (plus applicable taxes).

Payments

4. Valid Canadian credit card required, processed through our Stripe payment system (+3.45% service fee charge).
5. Free for payments via bank transfers.

Cancellation

6. Cancellation is possible before the expiration of current month of service
7. Deposit is returned upon receipt of rental modem
